GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you to let you know when it will be available to ship or refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

DELIVERY LOCATION

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and Continental USA with the following exceptions: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, Hawaii, Military/Airforce addresses, APO/FPO, US protectorates, P.O Boxes. Any shipments outside of North America are not available at this time.

DELIVERY TIME

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. During holiday periods or special events, including Cyber Monday and Boxing day, there will be a delay in processing shipments. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free Ground Shipping: Orders over $99 (excluding taxes) will receive free ground shipping.
  • Shipping for Orders Under $99: For orders under $99 you will need to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
  • Upgraded Shipping: You will be able to select upgraded shipping with any order placed.
  • Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied based on the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT

We must be contacted within a 24 hour period should a product arrive damaged. If the box is damaged in transit the item should be refused.
