RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer our customers a 30 day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must have the original tags.
To complete your return, you must email us at customerservice@mancinileather.com to obtain a return authorisation number. You must also include a copy of your proof of purchase with the email.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorisation number and proof of purchase.
SHIPPING
For returns in Canada, you should mail your product to: 1840 Onésime-Gagnon, Lachine, Quebec, Canada H8T 3M6. For returns in the United States, you should mail your product to: Mancini Leather Goods c/o NFI Industries, 2002 Ridge Road, Champlain, NY 12919. Be sure to include a copy of your proof of purchase as well as your return authorisation number with the package being returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
You should always use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor are we responsible for shipments lost or damaged during transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the unlikely event you receive defective or damaged products send us an email at customerservice@mancinileather.com and include pictures as well as your proof of purchase.
